| Abstract: | The subject of this paper is economic development. The article reports developments in the economic activity of non-members of Organization for Economic Co- Operation and Development. It considers the relationship between the United States economic slowdown with world economic growth and restructure of banking system in Russian Federation. The paper also provides the projections for economic activities of non-members. It states that the Russian Federation economy has exhibited strong growth, but the pace appears to have slowed since the fourth quarter of 2000. The federal and consolidated budget deficits have been eliminated. |
