| Abstract: | The article examines knowledge management(KM) mindset and knowledge-sharing culture in organizations and the difficulties related to establishing these two in a company. A focus group methodology is employed to investigate the issue and to identify the key challenges managers face when creating the KM mindset. The challenges are presented, as well as a collection of practices that could be utilized to establish a KM mindset. |
