Abstract: | This paper presents a review of Tom Peter's famous works, discussing his main themes. Peter has always stressed the importance of innovation. In excellent companies "customers reign supreme". "People are everything". "People" is the word that Peters uses for employees. "Small is effective...Small is productive". Smallness is crucial to the involvement of a firm's people. Peters has urged companies to adopt a structure that allows one division to compete against another. Action, values and leadership are also important themes in Peter's works. |
