| Abstract: | The European In-Orbit Infrastructure consists of the Columbus elements. The mission planning process for the IOI is aimed at providing both the scientific and commercial user communities with a maximum of flexibility and independence of available sources. IOI communications will involve several networks both in space and on the ground. |
