| Abstract: | The process of integration of Europe towards an Economic and Monetary Union has impacts upon regional disparities and social cohesion. The authors study the implications of four long term scenarios for the future development of European institutions and socio-economic trends, and attempt to measure using a quantified model, their possible impact upon a set of cohesion indicators. |
