Abstract:The aims of this article are twofold. Firstly, to outline a set of concepts of relations derived from case study research. Secondly, to demonstrate the broader utility of these case derived concepts of relations by returning to the bank and bank lending literature. The relations concepts derived from this case study research are used to enrich lending relations concepts by placing them in the context of a broad financial services relationship and in the context of multiple relationships.
