| Abstract: | The authors present an invitation to research and dialogue in two parts. The first part sets the scene for their invitation by presenting an overview of the field and some ways in which it might be developed. The second part presents some impressions of how management learning might be research. People learn wherever they are. Learning is a universal part of the human condition, and people do not suspend their capacity for learning when they come to work. |
