| Abstract: | Every country all goes through the period of development or growth as the main task in turn whatever sooner or later. The followed opinions are mechanical: the definition of economic growth is the increase of output, and it only belongs to developed countries; the definition of economic development is the structural transfer, and it only belongs to developing countries. It is the structural transform in all directions from the traditional agricultural civilization to the modern industrial one. |
