| Abstract: | In his article the author deals with the question of profit sharing in companies.He sees it as a system of remuneration of employees when a fixed salary is related to the profit of the company or any other system of measuring company's performance.The author describes the basic principles of profit sharing and the elements which are necessary for a successful implementation of the system.At the very end the author deals with the problem of setting up a system of profit sharing or a scheme and further establishes that the system could be carried out in two basic forms: by paying cash or giving shares. |
