| Abstract: | To establish socialist market economic system. A main body participating the market activities is needed. Enterprise is the most important factor. China's modern enterprise system should have next features: clarified property right, clear responsibility, power and interest , separated government and enterprise function and scientific internal management. Making state-owned enterprises real corporations is a useful try for the establishment of modern enterprise system. Other methods should also be tried. |
