| Abstract: | With the raised economic development and the evolution of industrial structure, the investment structure with long time span and different stages of economic development is unsuitable for guiding reality and the future. By comparison, the ratio relation between basic industries and processing industries since the 1990s has more guidance to the future forecast. The reason for it is that China's economy has shifted from being promoted by consumption and investment in the 1980s to being pushed for ward by investment as the main force in the 1990s, marking the stage of the heavy chemical industrial development . On that stage,the investment structure tends to be more stable. |
