| Abstract: | Combining the foreign experiences in developing high and new technological industry, the author raised some new ideas and countermeasures as to establishing the high and new technological industry development zones with Chinese characteristics: (1)have a correct understanding of the profound meaning of the establishment of high and new technological industrial zones in China; (2)take measures suited to local conditions to set up a good supportive structure for the development zones; (3)choose a pluralized development pattern; (4)build up a marketization management system; (5)carry out specially preferential policies; (6)widely explore fund sources. |
