| Abstract: | The Institute of Environmental Management (IEM), the UK's professional body for those responsible for environmental affairs in industry, commerce and local government, organises and conducts a series of best practice workshops. The workshops are used to stimulate and catalyse the exchange of best practice and experience between members. Over the last two years, the workshops have tended to focus on key elements of managing an effective environmental management system. Internal training was based on such a series. |
