| Abstract: | The Ninth Five-Year Plan for China's national economic and social development states, "foreign-invested enterprises will gradually receive national treatment." To attract overseas capital from now on, special policies relying on drawback and profit-reduction will be replaced by creation of a superior investment environment, sound laws and regulations, and high-efficiency Foreign-invested enterprises will come to receive national treatment instead of preferential policies. This is the demand of fair competition and a sign of a mature market economy. |
