| Abstract: | The basic guiding principle of macro economic policy this year is to "strive for going forward within stability". It includes three main points--"going forward", "stability" and "quality". "Going forward" means to quicken the pace of development and make the actual economic growth rate reach 10.5% or so. "stability" means to rise gradually, steadily and healthful. "Quality" means to concentrate efforts on raising the quality of operation of national economy. In addition, with the stable growth of agriculture as the basis and under the condition that inflation is under control, we will make national economy embark on the track of sustained and rapid development through accelerating system reform and structural adjustment to raise efficiency and increasing the contribution of efficiency to economic growth. |
