| Abstract: | An important mark of the maturity of modern market economic system is an economic organization system with clear rules, division, comprehensive coordination and good order. During one period, a sovereign state can have only one government, not two or more. This has no other choices. But in the sense of time, during different periods, people can choose a government which can maximize its national interests. Just like all the other choices in the studies of economic activities, the studies on the selection of the government scale has great significance. The author compares the Chinese government and western government scales, and puts forward his own views about the demarcation and division of labor of the Chinese government. |
