| Abstract: | The economic structure reform in China's countryside has become the most successful part in our economic structure reform. The profound reasons are: the household contract system grants the peasants the right of possessing, disposing, profiting from and disposing land; makes the peasants possess full right, benefit and responsibility in utilizing and operating capital fund and hold the basic conditions to participate in market competition. Therefore the peasants' long depressed enthusiasm to produce and desire to create is brought into full play. |
