| Abstract: | The recent years witness the over 15% increase rate of motor vehicle annually in the cities. The construction of the facilities in parking area is behind the increase speed of cars. Parking has becoming an increasingly prominent social problem. Now there are about 100 enterprises engaged in the research, designing, and manufacture of machinery cubic garage. Synthesizing the performance and condition of cubic garage, its advantages are saving occupation; convenient to manage coming in and going out; avoiding the man-make injury and loss; economizing energy; lightening the environmental pollution. And considering the capital recovery, all the investment can be taken back in 5 years. |
