| Abstract: | In 1999 the society-wide investment will increase by 18 to 20 percent, among which the investment in SOEs will be raised by 25 to 27 percent and non-state economy will rise by 10 percent. Focal points future investment: on the one hand we should continuously invest in infrastructure construction, on the other hand we should raise the standard of technological innovation and amplify the investment degree of equipment industry, high and new-tech industry and other pillar industries. Secondly, we should stimulate the enterprise willingness of investment and at the same time readjust fiscal and monetary policies to create good policy environment for investment expansion. |
