| Abstract: | Three entrepreneurs in Germany have taken new information technologies (like cell phones and laptop computers) to the next level by creating a European WAP-based city-guide service. Since January 2000, StarWap: Your Mobile City has provided its subscribers with relevant, up-to-date city information (e.g. restaurant reviews, movie times, concert information etc.) all available through their mobile phones. However, the key to success lies as much in developing a sound business strategy as it does in a great idea. |
