Abstract:This four-country study examines the effect of various antecedent variables on marketersÂ’ perceptions of the role of ethics and social responsibility in the overall success of the firm. Examined variables include organizational commitment as well as corporate culture variables such as corporate ethical values and enforcement of a code of ethics.
