The main perspectives, themes and findings of each article are summarized for "Riding the wrong wave: Organizational failure as a failed turnaround" by J.P.Sheppard and S.D.Chowdhury (p. 239-260); "The dynamics of boards of directors in failing organizations" by K.Mellahi (p. 261-279); "Learning from failures: Why it may not happen" by P.Baumard and W.H.Starbuck (p. 281-298), and "Failing to learn and learning to fail (Intelligently): How great organizations put failure to work to innovate and improve" by M.D.Cannon and A.C.Edmondson (p. 299-319). |
