| Abstract: | The article examines tourists' preferences for hypothetical managerial initiatives for two heritage attractions in Greece by using discrete choice modeling methodology. The results indicate that tourists are willig to give a lot of money for mutual information quality improvements, which will improve their satisfaction and chances of visiting. Tourists also demand management issues, saying that too much crowd in the attractions will negatively affect satisfaction levels. Future policies to improve heritage experiences are introduced. |
