| Abstract: | Using longitudal design, this study examines the mediated role that adequacy of social accounts and psychological contract fulfilment play in determining the development of contract perceptions. The findings support the mediating roles of social accounts and psychological contract fulfilment in determining perceptions of contract type over time. |
