| Abstract: | Leaders often express the need to change their orgnizational culture. This paper paper seeks to clarify and differentiate culture from climate and focus on what leaders can do to change their climate by offering tools. The best approach to make organizatioanal transformation happen includes considering the people involved, the methods deployed, the wanted outcome of the change and also the context whitin the the transformation occurs. |
