| Abstract: | This paper aims at demonstrating the importance of an integrated architecture in creating an effective knowledge organization (EKO). A conceptual model of the architecture of an EKO is developed. It is found that managers should strive to develop an integrated EKO but be careful to recognize the several differences in its key elements. |
