Abstract: | This paper aims to provide a framework to better understand and to test for the impact of various levels of culture on knowledge management (KM) practice and success by researchers and by firms. The conventional wisdom that culture is a critical antecedent of KM success under all circumstances is questioned. Developed is a conceptual framework for firms to be used in addressing culture-KM relationship issues or for researchers to be used to study them more thoroughly. |
