| Abstract: | Drawing on existing research of reflexivity, this essai tries to reassess the concept of responsibility in relation to the ethics of post-representational research methodology in organization studies. It is argued that answering to reflexivity expands beyond textual practice and self-accounting towards a responsibility for the practice of academic freedom. It is the legacy and promise of reflexivity in organization studies that can enliven the imagination in research as an ongoing project of saying the ethical. |
