| Abstract: | The use of the flow line principle for time schedule;ing in the project management of modernizing existing buildings is reviewed, alongside minimizing the disruption of the building use, spatial and temporal concentration of modernizational assignments, continuity of the process, the non-rhythmical sequence, the discontinuous resource allocation and the uncertainty of the duration of some activities. As standardized precast structures will need reconstructing in the future, the author anticipates increased attention to this sphere. Four Figures are given. |
