| Abstract: | First, the terms of message, organizational pattern, and style are explained. Then, ten attitudes and practices of effective business writers are described as a result of research over many years in the best managed corporations of the United States. That people in the highest managerial positions write the most effectively, is pointed out. Their ability to write effectively has probably influenced their advancement to the top. A business writers` rating sheet is exhibited. |
