| Abstract: | In this article the authors describe corporate transition to the ambitious Youth Training Scheme, which has been in difficulties. The authors cite as an example a British wellknown chocolate and soft drink consortium, and consider the tasks still ahead. The aim of the YTS is to help young job seekers to find meaninful employment after school and on-the-job training. |
