| Abstract: | If an enterprise is affected by extraordinary events, the countermeasures can no longer be taken by one person alone. The persons entrusted with security duties under normal circumstances have to be supported by a competent team that will assume the management. Although the respective designations differ from company to company - crisis, event, security team, etc., - they are all charged with the same duty and objective, namely to deploy the personnel and material assets in an optimal manner, in order to thwart or neutralize the impending danger. |
