Abstract:To successfully pursue a sales strategy means to seek to introduce this strategy in a system of tasks. Every marketing strategy relies on the one hand upon an information system and on the other hand on the analysis and choice of the modes of action adapted to the situation. It is also necessary to make a strategic diagnosis to determine the partners' and the competitors' objectives. Strategy should be adapted to the real facts. The sales strategy does not end when the market is conquered.
