| Abstract: | Personnel development is defined as a function of personnel management which aims at providing workers at all levels with the qualifications they need in order to meet both current-curious and future challenges. It covers the development of workers' individual aptitudes with a view to attaining both individual and corporate objectives. At enterprises where planning information is not shared with the employees the danger arises that qualified workers and managers will switch over to other enterprises. By help of the concept of personnel developing planning the realization of an economic and pragmatic personnel developing system is possible with a minimum of expenditure. |
