Abstract:Inuit population lives in the Arctic region of Canada. The Inuit Broadcasting Corporation (IBC) was formed six years ago to broadcast on their own language and style. Programmes demonstrate traditional crafts, stories, songs and games. One of the main goals is to entertain children. The 21-part series, Takuginai has the greatest success.A second series will be produced if the necessary financial support is received.
