Abstract:According to an American study in 10 years about 200 commercial communication satellites are to be launched. The S.U. and China are to take a share in the market. The seller's market will turn into a buyer's market where old contract based on the principle of "best efforts" are no longer acceptable. Customers wish guaranteed relaunch or repayment. Launch industry will have to accept to pay the same postponement fees as the users. The competitive market will bring the situation closer to normal business practice.
