| Abstract: | Professor Giersch presents his views on problems of the EC internal market. He gives a historical retrospect, and deals with present problems and perspectives: stronger competition for production sites, the principle of country of origin in standards and VAT, mergers and acquisitions, product and process innovation, agricultural policy, unemployment, the slogan of "no social dumping", the need for a common European exchange and a central European bank. |
