| Abstract: | As education and training systems vary greatly in the member states of the EC, vocational training is an important area for action both for the EC and for the UK. The EC therefore is assisting the member states with commission programmes that serve the objective to improve training provision in the member states. This article outlines the seven areas that the current commission programmes concentrate on. |
