Abstract:Consumer satisfaction is the difference between expected and real product characteristics. Consumer satisfaction is an important marketing concept, whose measurement poses different problems. Traditional measurement of consumer satisfaction is through turnover, market share, brand loyalty, customer complaint. All of them have problems. The authors tried to measure consumer satisfaction with direct questioning of consumers and evaluating results through multidimensional scaling.
