| Abstract: | Changshu polypropylene Fibre Factory has set up a company called Thailand Site Company Ltd. In Thailand which is the first overseas company in Jiangsu Province invested by village enterprises. This is favorable for enterprises to take full use of foreign capital, to develop foreign trade and to earn foreign exchange. The benefit of producing one ton polypropylene fibre in Tailand is almost twice that in China. To set up factory abroad, it is important to choose right countries and regions. It is also important to select proper investment field and orientation. The investment scale and the management pattern must be rational. |
