Abstract:In recent years, China has promulgated a series of basic laws and regulations concerning the production and exchange of goods. So the regulations for market exchanges have initially been established. However there is a lack of a proper inspiring mechanism in terms of both legislation and judicature, and abiding by the law. For the formation of "sudden huge profits from business", there are reasons both from consumers and managers, and from the degree of the development of market and the arrangement of market system. To fight against "sudden huge profits from business", "a disease is treated by looking into both its root cause and symptoms" The system of market prices needs to be improved further and the pricing behaviour of enterprises standardized.
