| Abstract: | As more industries adopt temporary project teams for organizing work, the learning and knowledge development can become more difficult. In this article Garstens term liminality (being situated betwixt and between) is extended to the context of organizational and individual learning, and the impact of liminal episodes on learning is studied in the changing organization of the UK television industry. |
