Abstract:The article reports the findings of a study on mentoring relationships. The data is from Australia. Mentoring in accounting companies is found to be associated with lower turnover intentions and higher job satisfaction. This size of the accounting company and the culture of the country in which the company operates, seem to have some bearing on mentoring experiences.
