| Abstract: | David Werran, relocation project director at the Department of Employment and his team, are tackling the problem of relocating some 1200 civil servants from London to Runcorn and Sheffield. This article describes the reasons behind the relocation and the process of how it is being done. It looks at the difficulties of the programme and the support it offers to the people. |
