| Abstract: | Executive behaviour is simply what managers do. Managers get things done. Sometimes they even get great things done, and the best do them with such style and elegance that others get a kick out of working with them. The best managers not only manage efficiently ("doing things right") and effectively ("doing the right thing"), but they also achieve a vision for their organization, which can transform not only themselves but society as well. They communicate this vision by their actions and their behaviour. |
