| Abstract: | Knowledge management (KM) aims to provide timely and contextual knowledge to decision makers. This paper advances an ontology-based knowledge handling method and tool aiming at harmonising the codification and socialisation approaches to KM. Presented is a software system that has been developed. It is explained how it can be applied in a methodology-driven manner. A real-world example of a KM initiative in a management consulting company is used for illustration. |
