| Abstract: | The paper introduces currency demand volume into the concept of currency expenditure tendency. It holds that go-in- depth exploration of the inherent reasons of the changes of the currency expenditure tendency and of its quantitative law is the core content of studies of the law of currency circulation. People keep money for the purpose of more effective expenditure. Only cash of money surplus constitutes actual purchasing power for Chinese residents. |
