Abstract:In this article, the authors argue that practical endeavours towards mobilising and recreating knowledge are an important part of value creating activities. This combining of knowledge and value creation constitutes organisational activities as knowing. This paper examines the efforts of a large telecom company in order to create an agenda for non-financial issues in management.
