Abstract: | This paper aims to report a study on knowledge (here as: knwl.) sharing (as: KS) practices in the clinical research (as: c-r.) organization of a major pharmaceutical company. A collaborative research methodology incl. academic researchers, consultants and company representatives is used to explore and develop a KS model. It is suggested that the use of so-called knwl. facilitators, organizing and leading KS seminars among c-r. teams, needs to develop the capacity to interrelate heedfully to fully explore the experiences, insights, and know-how generated in the c-r. teams. Heed precedes successful KS. |
