Abstract:There are many factors affecting the cars sold for household use. In terms of the families' demand, the hinge is the consumers' purchasing ability and the household demand for the cars. The purchasing ability is determined by the household income and the prices set for the car. From a macro point of view, the household income relies on the difference margin between the per capita national income and the consumer's income. According to some related statistics, the households which have both the intention and the ability to buy the cars will amount to 3 million in 2000, 8.36 million in 2005 and 19.7 million in 2010.
